The Calf, Cow and Bull Rocks “End of the World”Great trip Out.
The Calf rock has the remains of a Cast Iron Lighthouse on it, google it to read the story about the brave men who escaped with their lives after a storm. The light house was then temporarily placed on the end of Dursey Island whilst the next one and still running was placed on Bull Rock.

Dizzy on Dursey with a short set of flights to make a little film. Was quite windy but we had some fun putting it together. A nice invitation to Dursey to visit some friends and enjoy a lovely evening meal. There is something very special about staying on the island rather than having to rush off on the cable car. Visit Whiddy Island, just off the coast at Bantry harbour lies the island of Whiddy. A magical mysterious island to spend a pleasant day or two on discovering its natural and historical beauty. Get in touch with Tim O’Leary and he will arrange your ferry trip. There is the Bank house bar on the island for food and refreshments and you can walk or cycle around the island at your leisure.
